I. Customisation Process
1. How to initiate a bespoke eyewear packaging project?
Simply inform us of your requirements: product type (eyewear case, packaging box, storage pouch, lens cloth, etc.), target quantity, design files (if available), and any special requests. We shall provide an initial quotation and timeline within 24 hours.
2. Do you provide samples? Can prototypes be obtained before mass production?
Yes. Samples are produced for formal quotations, with the sample creation process available upon request. Following finalised design approval, trial production samples are manufactured for your confirmation before proceeding to bulk manufacturing.
3. What information is required for a quotation?
To ensure an accurate quotation, please provide:
a. Product type and specification parameters
b. Order quantity (minimum order quantity for complete packaging solutions is approximately 1000-2000 sets)
c. Design files or reference images
d. Special requirements (materials, colours, printing techniques, etc.)
II. Minimum Order Quantity and Pricing (MOQ & Pricing)
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard components require a minimum order of 1,000 pieces. Complete sets (box + box + bag + cloth) typically require 1,000–2,000 sets. We also offer solutions for smaller brands – please enquire.
5. Can you accommodate small-batch customisation for start-ups?
Certainly. We understand start-ups may require smaller initial volumes. Please provide project details, and we shall endeavour to offer flexible solutions.
6. How are prices structured?
Quotations encompass material costs, printing, assembly, and packaging fees. Custom non-standard shapes incur a one-off tooling charge. We provide transparent, itemised quotations.
III. Materials & Processes
7. What materials are used for eyewear cases?
We offer extensive options: PU leather, PVC leather, faux leather (animal-friendly), canvas, specialty papers, plus eco-conscious alternatives such as FSC-certified cardboard, recycled materials, and REACH-compliant PU.
8. What is the ‘edgebanding process’? Why is it important?
Edgebanding is an advanced finishing technique for leather spectacle cases. It involves laser-cutting edges to achieve perfect smoothness, followed by applying coloured coating to create a rounded, ceramic-like tactile finish. This process significantly enhances the unboxing experience and product durability.
9. Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Certainly. We provide FSC-certified paper, REACH-compliant leather, biodegradable padding, water-based inks, and environmentally friendly adhesives. Italian clients have successfully completed multiple orders using sustainable materials.
10. Can you produce custom shapes or complex structures?
Yes. Our in-house mould design and thermoforming capabilities enable bespoke moulding. Our experienced Sample Supervisor, Mr Chen (25 years' expertise), ensures even the most intricate designs achieve mass production readiness.
IV. Lead Time & Shipping
11. What is the standard production cycle?
Prototyping: 7–10 working days
Volume production: 25–35 days (subject to complexity and quantity)
Shipping: Varies by destination
12. Can you meet urgent deadlines for product launches?
Annual contract partners benefit from capacity reservation services to guarantee on-time market launches. Expedited solutions are negotiable for individual orders.
13. Do you offer global shipping?
Yes. We cover all major destinations via air, sea or rail freight, assisting in selecting the most cost-effective shipping method based on your time requirements.
V. Quality & Certifications
14. How do you ensure consistent quality?
We implement internal controls across all core processes (laser die-cutting, metal component cutting, digital sewing). Each batch undergoes multi-stage inspections: raw material intake checks, in-process quality control, and final pre-shipment quality assurance.
15. Do you hold relevant certifications?
Our materials can meet REACH, RoHS, and FSC standards upon request. Compliance documentation is provided as required.
16. Can we arrange a factory visit?
Certainly. We welcome real-time video tours via WhatsApp. Simply book a time slot, and we shall guide you through production lines, warehouses, and introduce team members.
VI. Partnership & Payment
17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed methods.
18. Are there annual minimum purchase requirements for long-term partnerships?
We are highly flexible. Many clients start with small orders and grow with us – for instance, our Italian partner began with just 2,000 paper shopping bags and now entrusts us with all their packaging needs.
19. How is design confidentiality safeguarded?
Confidentiality agreements may be signed upon request. Your designs circulate exclusively within our premises, with all core processes completed internally to ensure third parties never access your drawings.
