Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Normally, 15-30 days after sample confirmation. If some parts of your product are customized, it may increase the production cycle.

Q3: Can you help me with my own design? How about sample fee and sample time?

We will arrange for you to make samples and send pictures to you for confirmation. As for the sample time is about 5-7 days. There may be some sample fee, which will be charged according to the actual situation.

Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For customized samples, we charge 100% cost in advance, it includes material cost, labor cost, etc.
For bulk orders, 40% before production, 60% before delivery. If there are special circumstances, we can negotiate.

Q5: Can your factory print our brand on the products?
A5: Yes, we provide customized service, you can add your LOGO on the product, I will make the sample according to the LOGO, we will send the picture of the product to you for confirmation before production.

Q6: Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange the shipment for me?
