Handcrafted eyeglass cases are favored by many eyewear brands because the use of premium materials enhances brand value.
This is a large-sized sunglasses case. While handcrafted, not every step involves manual labor—some automated equipment is integrated into the process.
The exterior material is either leather or fabric. However, with numerous leather varieties available, we typically use eco-friendly (REACH-certified) 100% PU leather for these cases. This extends the case’s lifespan and builds lasting brand reputation.
The core layer typically incorporates metal sheets, where thickness and corrosion resistance are critical. To ensure optimal eyewear protection, we employ 0.4-0.42mm metal sheets treated with anti-corrosion measures—never neglecting this step just because the inner layer remains unseen.
The interior lining offers diverse options, with over 100 types of velvet fabric available. Each material varies in price and quality.
