Step 1 – Send us your actual glasses or specific measurements

Just one pair of glasses (or measurements) → We can provide the closest matching case dimensions and images, or you can choose to have a new thermoforming mold made.

Step 2 – Visualization

Before mold production, we’ll provide a virtual design based on your logo and brand colors. We’ll proceed only once you’re satisfied.

Step 3 – Blister Mold Development (approx. 15 days)

A one-time fee applies, which can be partially offset against subsequent bulk orders. The mold has a lifespan of over 1 million cycles.

Step 4 – Sample Approval

We will send 2–3 complete samples for you to personally test the opening and closing feel, durability, and fit with the glasses.

Step 5 – Mass Production & Global Shipping

Minimum order of 1,000 units; production lead time is 20–35 days. We can ship directly to your overseas warehouse or end customers.

No. The internal insert is covered with a protective short-plush fabric that prevents friction. For high-end eyewear brands, we recommend choosing our thicker plush fabric options to further enhance both product quality and the premium unboxing experience.

Can the metal eyeglass case be left in a car exposed to direct sunlight?

While our PU leather can withstand temperatures up to 80°C and the metal insert remains unaffected, extreme heat (such as a dashboard in summer) may cause adhesives to soften. We recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight. For increased durability, we offer specialized heat-resistant PU leather options at an 8%–15% cost increase.

Can the eyewear brand’s logo be applied to both the exterior and interior of the case?

Yes, we support comprehensive branding. Exterior logos can be applied via hot stamping, embossing, screen printing, or digital printing. Interior branding is typically achieved through precise embossing or hot stamping.
